When it comes to processing, we partner with USDA-certified processing plants in central Florida. These facilities strictly adhere to regulations like the Humane Methods of Slaughter Act, the Humane Slaughter of Livestock Regulations, and the Federal Meat Inspection Act. These rules are in place to ensure our cows are treated with the utmost care and in as stress-free a manner as possible throughout the entire process.

 

For us, humane treatment is at the heart of our business. We're committed to the principles of regenerative agriculture, which, in essence, means we follow humane farming standards. Our cattle graze in a natural, outdoor setting and aren't confined to commercial feedlots. They enjoy a lifetime diet of pasture and grass forage, which not only contributes to their overall well-being but also produces more nutritious meat.

 

By raising our animals in a humane and natural way, we've found that they are less prone to illness or lameness and experience fewer reproductive issues. Our 100% grass-fed beef cattle also do not receive growth hormones or antibiotics.
